Updates:
1. Room allocation
The CRU Galston has changed the density limit in some rooms, and it needs a small adjustment.
When they re-open their office on 4th January, I can confirm the change with them so that I can upload the final version.
Unless you requested to share a room with your extended family or friends, each family is allocated to an own bedroom.
2. Dining roster
Your assigned meal roster will be uploaded. You will also find the hard copy onsite.
Apart from the roster, EVERYONE is expected to put the plates and cutlery away and wipe clean the table where you used.
If you can give your hands to sweep, please do so. Many hands make light work, and rostered parents don't have to miss out the chunks of class time. Thank you.
3. Rapid Antigen Test
We ask you to please consider testing for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen test kit prior to arriving on the first day. We have many under 12 years old who cannot yet get vaccinated, so I ask everyone to be extra cautious. We are on the process of getting more RAT kits than just for the tutors, but at this stage the supply is scarce.
Other standard Covid safe behaviours to be practiced. - Face mask wearing, keeping an excellent hand hygiene, keeping windows and doors open and minimize social mingling.
4. Becoming symptomatic (Covid)
Before camp - Please don't come. Get tested (PCR) and stay home. If you are well enough to participate, please join via ZOOM. During the camp - Please notify Mami on 0414825260 immediately. All campers will be notified to monitor for the symptoms. You will be able to join on ZOOM from home once you get PCR test done.
This is the face-to-face event under the pandemic. We thank you all for supporting the cause and join the Suzuki group activity, while exercising the maximum caution.
However, with this many case numbers in the community, you may become an unfortunate case to catch Covid. If it happened, we will work with you for your best interest, in terms of your child's learning opportunity and the fee you paid, so please do the right thing and stay home.
