How to buy tickets:

*You may upgrade your choice later, but everyone to start with paying a base rate of shared cabin room fee (Bed & Meals). 

*See below for commuting option. You still have to buy Day attendees ticket for site access and the student's ticket. 

*Student's fee (class tuition fee) is to be paid apart from the accommodation/site fee. 

* Bed & Meals includes;

   ^A single bunk bed (unless you upgrade to a hotel room) with a 

     mattress, in the air-conditioned room with two toilets and shower    

     rooms per cabin room 

  ^Full meals - Breakfast, Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner and            Supper. (2nd Jan start from Morning Tea and 5th Jan finishes                     with Lunch).  The most dietary needs are catered for. 


*Students Class fees are separate (not included in Bed & Meals or site access/day attendance).   

*Solo Concert opportunity is included in the student tuition fee, and one rehearsal with a piano accompanist during  the camp is included.  If you need more time together with the accompanist, or playing an advanced piece, please arrange your own session with an accompanist preferably prior to the camp, as you may not be able to find extra time outside the scheduled rehearsal during the camp.  


*30 min Private lesson is an optional extra.   Fee of $70 is to be paid separately.  Place is not guaranteed. 

*All siblings and parents who want to join the adult's class in the evening are welcome without paying the student's fee. If you can play the instrument, you are also welcome to join the mass play-in.  Just let us know, so we will pass this on to the tutor.  


Accommodation base rate fee  (Bed & Meals)

Shared cabin room (everyone in Kindergarten and above to pay) 

            -Air conditioner with a remote in each room 

            -2 toilets and shower in each cabin room

            -4 bunk beds room for 8 people (at least 6 to occupy the room)

              *Family of 6 can occupy the room

            -3 bunk beds room for 6 people (at least 4 to occupy the room) 

               *Family of 4 can occupy the room


Room mate request will be taken to form a minimum numbers. 

        *You may pay extra to upgrade to hotel room stay (VERY limited)


If you are enrolled as a student, the student fee is to be paid on the top of the accommodation fee.  Accompanying adult and siblings who are not participating in the classes only pay for the accommodation fee and not the student fee.

     *Twinkle program (Pre-Twinklers and Twinklers)

     *Junior program (Book 1*after the Twinkle to Book 3) 

     *Intermediate program (Book 4 to 6 )

     *Senior program (Book 7 to Book 9)

     *Advanced level program (Book 10+)

    

**Senior & advanced program offers ensemble works appropriate to the levels 


 
Bed & Meal Rate (For a student, both Bed & Meal and student's class enrolment fee to pay.  All other staying in the cabin/hotel to buy Bed & Meal ticket. Hotel upgrade to pay separately if you wish to upgrade and the room is available)
Cabin Rooms* are either; 
           6 beds shared room (3 bunk beds) 
             or 
           8 beds shared room (4 bunk beds)
           *Minimum 4 (family/friends) can occupy a room without sharing with the others


Standard Fee: 
     High School and above, adults (Year 7 +) $390.00
     Primary School (K- Year 6)  $336.00
     Preschoolers $30  
     0-2 years old - Free

     
     All cabin rooms has to be gender specific, unless you are with a young child.
     If you want to stay as a family, you need to be in a group of five, at least. 
     If you are a family of four, you may share a room with the people with the same gender (mum's room or dad's room) or upgrade the room to hotel room or use a 'buy-out' option* (see below). 

     *Each cabin needs to be filled at least 4 out of 6 (6 beds cabin room) or 6 out of 8 (8 beds cabin room). 
     * In most cases, the family of 4 (mum & dad plus kids) can stay together in the same room without having to pay for another bed.  

 * You may consider the hotel option for up to 3 people.  

    *Under the certain situation if you are fewer than the minimum required numbers and cannot share a room with outside your family members, 'buy-out' to occupy the cabin room with your family only or friends. To do so, you can add primary school child's fee to fill empty beds to the minimum required number (i.e. 4 for 6 beds room and 6 for 8 beds room). 
    *Buy-out option is only available if we have sufficient ample rooms available for everyone else.
     Please indicate it on the application form if you need to take this option.  


Hotel upgrades  (limited - Twin share or single occupancy )
     Maximum allowed is 3, but the 3rd bed is only good for a child in the primary school. 
     You can indicate if you want to upgrade to hotel if the rooms are available.
