Non-musical matters:

Hotel and Cabin check-in:     2pm (Tue).  
                          check-out 10am (Friday)
Registration:  Tuesday 10am  (Auditorium)
                       Leave your luggage in Auditorium until 2pm to check in
                       On Friday, pack your bags in the car in the morning OR leave them in Seminar Room (room TBC). 

Centre has NO OUTSIDE FOOD policy (takeaway lunch etc).  If you have a reasonable reason to bring food (including packet snacks, instant cup noodles, and drinks other than water) please tell me now so I can keep a list for the Centre.  

Sound Curfew is 10.30pm. All Meeting Rooms will close.  Please keep noise in your cabin to minimum after that time. 

Free time:  Expect an organised fun activity!! Come with clothes that can get dirty or wet.

Last day:  Nearby beach is a perfect place to spend late afternoon

Volunteer:   
Thank you - if you have indicated on your registration form if you can volunteer.   Other than obvious things, we need;

Tuesday 10am:
Youngsters who can put signs on the cabin room and meeting room doors.  Can you? Email  Yes!  with a title "signs"

Friday before leaving: 
A team of people to check all the rooms in the cabins and the meeting rooms and collect cello stools (white and blue plastic stools)

Class and timetable
In your registration pack, you will receive;
   1. Name tag (to be worn at all times) 
   2. Personalised schedule
   3. Map
   4. General timetable

  Soloists will be informed about their rehearsal time.  
  Rehearsal will be on Tuesday after the last class and after dinner.  

Concerts
There are five different types of concerts during the camp. 

1. Revision Concert - 2.30pm Wed & Thu, Lecture Theatre (room TBC)
Every student in Intermediate, Senior and Advanced program to play a revision piece from the designated previous books for each current book levels, to play with Suzuki accompaniment CD.  (information already sent weeks ago) 
 Pre-twinklers and Junior program students and parents are encouraged to be audience with a good concert manner.  

2. Afternoon Concert - 1.30pm Wed & Thu, Auditorium
Solo concert with a live piano accompaniment (some duets and trios) by students who applied for solo performance.  Everyone is encouraged to be audience with a good concert manner.  (Soloists will be informed about their rehearsal time. Rehearsal will be on Tuesday after the last class and after dinner.)  

3. Evening Concert - 7pm Wed & Thu, Auditorium
Solo concert with a live piano accompaniment (some duets and trios) by students who applied for solo performance.  Everyone is encouraged to be audience with a good concert manner. (Soloists will be informed about their rehearsal time. Rehearsal will be on Tuesday after the last class and after dinner.)  


4. Ensemble Concert - 10.30am Fri, Auditorium
Every student in Junior, Intermediate, Senior and Advanced levels to play their prepared ensemble pieces during the camp.  Pre-Twinklers and parents are encouraged to be audience.

5. Closing Concert  - 1pm Fri, Auditorum
Every student in Pre-twinkle, Junior, Intermediate, Senior and Advanced levels to play Suzuki pieces together in unison - the usual Suzuki way - to close the four days of event.
