DAY ONE
Fri 2nd Jan
5pm: Bump-in (turn up if you can help)
6pm: Registration - "Sanctuary" Next to the car park (first day only - it will move to Assembly Hall from Day Two)
Receive a registration package
Check your Cabin / Hotel rooms for check-in
Pick up linen set if you pre-ordered one for cabin
Pick up dinner ticket if you pre-ordered one
6pm: Pre-ordered dinner - Dining Room
7pm: Opening Play-in - Assembly Hall
7.45pm:Solo rehearsal with piano accompanist at
Sanctuary, Lecture Theatre and Seminar Room 1
(check charts on the Assembly Hall wall)
Ensemble rehearsal in Seminar Room 2 and 3,
Cabin 2 Common Room 1 and 2,
Cabin 4 Common Room 1 and 2
(Book your time on the chart on the Assembly Hall wall
first-come-first-served, one spot at a time )
Adult cello class (free, anyone) at Assembly Hall
8.30pm evening snack
10.30pm Sound curfew - light out
