**2026 January Collaroy Camp Accommodation and Fees**

Parents and non-playing participants (such as siblings) must pay for 1.Bed&Meals, which includes full meals. 
Commuters must pay 1.Access&Meals. Full time is all the meals for all day, Part time for one main meals and one or two snacks around that meal if you are only doing morning classes and go home after that.  

Students must pay for 1.Bed&Meals (or 1.Access&Meals if you are commuting each day) and also 2.StudentFees to participate in the class program based on their level.

The listed fees cover a 4-night, 5-day stay from January 2 at 6:00 PM to January 6 at 3:00 PM (in AUD).


**Cabin Accommodation Fees**  
Cabins are shared rooms accommodating 6-8 people, featuring three or four bunk beds, two toilets & shower rooms. You need to bring linen, doona, towels and toiletries, or may pre-arrange hire for $18 per person.    
Each room needs to be filled at least for 5 people (6 beds cabin room) and 7 people (8 beds cabin room) and the rooms are arranged in gender specific manner.  For the case of the family, it is subject for negotiation with Collaroy if they allow for 4 people to occupy a room. You may wish to buy an extra bed for a child rate.

All accommodation fees include three meals a day, plus morning, afternoon, and evening snacks.
Baby cots are provided free of charge, subject to availability.

**Hotel Upgrade**  
Upgrading to a hotel room within the same facility is possible if rooms are available. 
Once the room is filled, you can email us to place you on the hotel room waitlist.  
- Hotel rooms come with complete bedding and towels, while cabin residents must bring their own doonas, sheets, and towels. Pre-arranged rental for cabin sleepers is available for $18 per person.

**Projected Program (TBC) **  
- Tonalisation – Instrument-specific tonalisation class for all levels  
- Play-in.  – Mass play for all participants  
- Group Lesson  – Standard group classes  
- Tutorial  – Instrument-specific class by level  
- Orchestra    – String orchestra for Junior level and above (flute/guitar may be included depending on participant numbers, or they will form their own groups)  
- Ensemble  – Senior & Advanced level ensemble classes  
- Revision Concert – Intermediate level and above perform solo revision pieces with recorded accompaniment; Junior level participates as audience  
- Solo Concerts & Rehearsals – Open for all to apply for solo, which will be allocated to either Afternoon Concert or Evening Concert.  A rehearsal during the camp will be allocated at no extra cost. Students performing repertoire outside the Suzuki repertoire or senior-level pieces need precamp rehearsals at their own cost.  
- Fun Activities – Led by a parent volunteer  
- Parents' Cello Class – A fun introductory cello class for parents, including those who have never played an instrument (pending instrument availability)  

**Final Day Schedule**  
The event concludes with a Closing Concert, which includes everyone in group performances. Many families enjoy spending the late afternoon at the nearby beach before having dinner together and heading home.
